Umansky mentioned to a woman at a western wear store that they were 'not together,' indicating a separation from the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star. He also talked about 'moving out of the house' they share in Encino, Calif., emphasizing the importance of their children throughout the process.
In December, Richards confirmed that they are still living together but sleeping in separate rooms. Umansky mentioned that he was in the area for his annual boys' trip, which he frequented with Richards in the past. The conversation was described as not flirty, and it's unclear if the woman was a fan or a friend.
Umansky appeared in good spirits during the outing, smiling and dancing with his friends. They even enjoyed live music as one of his buddies played Oasis' hit song 'Wonderwall' on a guitar. Umansky did not respond to requests for comment.
Umansky recently attended a happy hour event at Stranahan's Whiskey Lodge in Aspen and shared updates of his skiing trip on Instagram Stories. Just before the trip, he and Richards were seen together celebrating their daughter Portia's 16th birthday.
