Maura Higgins shared a fresh-faced selfie and says she's "on the road to recovery" after battling a mystery illness.
Wearing a grey zip up hoodie and her hair pilled away from her face she thanked fans for their well wishes.
"Thankyou all for all your lovely get well msgs the past week... I am finally on the road to recovery," she wrote.
She was well enough to make herself some pancakes, adding: "I even managed to make myself pancakes yday".
The 31-year-old said she had lost a stone after days of not eating.
"After three full days in bed, I finally have the energy to wash myself." Maura added: "Disgusting, I know," she shared with her 3.4 million followers.
She said: "I don't think I have ever been so unwell."
And then later she posted a photo of a bowl of cereal and asked her followers what they eat when they're feeling ill.
Addressing those who don't live with other people, she said: "To those of you who live on your own, what do you eat when you are too ill to cook? I've been living off cereal."
She shared a video of herself and told followers: "This is the first time for me to be out of bed in I don't know how long."
Her hair was seen gently blowing, with her adding: "If you're wondering what the noise is, it's a fan because the sweat that's protruding out through my body, I can't even explain."
"If I've not lost a stone from this illness, I'd be shocked," she added.
The former Love Islander said how she's been targeted by cruel trolls who have criticised her for being "too skinny".
She told The Sun: "I’ve always spoken to my mammy about it and asked, "Why is it OK for people to turn around to your face and say: "God, you’re too skinny"? Would you ever say to somebody, "God, you’re too fat"? No, you wouldn’t."
She shared a video of her opening a huge box of Krispy Kreme donuts and captioned it "Mission weight gain".

She was also told by trolls to get a boob job. She said: "I don’t need a boob job, because I feel sexy with the size of my boobs. I’m not going to get one to suit what some random person tells me.
"[Though] if it’s going to help somebody else feel more confident [to have surgery], then work away. I would be petrified of the boob surgery anyway. I watch that [E!] TV show Botched all the time, which puts me off."
