Matthew Stafford might get coached by Sean McVay during the week, but off the field, he takes his orders from a tiny human.
The Los Angeles Rams are in the midst of an up-and-down season, with injuries taking their toll on the team. Still, Los Angeles has remained steady during the bumps and is sitting at .500 after Week 15.
The Rams managed to get there with a solid outing against the Washington Commanders that included a two-touchdown performance from quarterback Matt Stafford.
Before Stafford hit the field, he stopped to greet his wife and daughters. As he approached his awaiting family, the littlest Stafford had some precious words of advice for her dad.
