Matthew Rhys makes Emmy history by netting two best actor awards on same night

Welsh star Matthew Rhys has made Emmy history in scooping two best lead actor awards at the same ceremony.

Picking up his second prize of the night at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, the 51-year-old paid tribute to “the great and good people of Wales”, which he hailed as “a small but mighty nation”.
