Matthew Perry cause of death update as 'fentanyl and meth overdose ruled out'

Initial tests have revealed that Matthew Perry did not have fentanyl or meth in his blood system when he died, according to reports.

The Friends actor died aged 54 of an apparent drowning in the outdoor hot tub at his Los Angeles home on October 28.
