Actor Matthew McConaughey delivered an emotional address at the White House where he shared details about the schoolaged victims of the Uvalde shooting massacre. Before his appearance in the White House briefing room, Mr McConaughey, who hails from Uvalde, met with President Joe Biden to discuss gun reforms.
