It was a case of 'no Sam Kerr, no worries' as the Matildas scored their biggest win under Joe Montemurro, a 5-0 thrashing of New Zealand in Gosford.

Friday night's friendly had been billed as Kerr's first game on home soil for two years -- but the captain remained on the bench with a calf complaint after also missing Chelsea's last two games.
