Jack Smith will be the man in the middle for Leeds Rhinos' first home game of the new Super League season. The Rhinos will be looking to secure their first win of the 2023 campaign after a disappointing defeat at Warrington Wolves on the opening night, and Smith will be in charge of proceedings as namesakes Rohan and Tony collide at Headingley.
With the game televised live on Sky Sports, Marcus Griffiths will be the video referee. Griffiths will be involved with the other televised game on Sky in round two, as Salford Red Devils host Hull Kingston Rovers on Thursday evening. Griffiths will be the referee for the game at the AJ Bell Stadium.
Leeds' clash with Hull is one of three games on Friday night. Elsewhere, Huddersfield play their first match of the season as they host Warrington Wolves, with Chris Kendall appointed as match official.

Aaron Moore will be in charge of Wigan Warriors versus Wakefield Trinity as two sides who lost in the opening round look to secure their first points of 2023, while Tom Grant will head to Perpignan to officiate Catalans Dragons against Leigh Leopards.
The final game of round two is televised on Channel 4, as new world champions St Helens kick off the defence of their title at Castleford Tigers. Liam Moore will be the match official, with Kendall operating as video referee at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle.
