Golf enthusiasts eager for comprehensive coverage of The Masters will find an expanded viewing experience this year, as Augusta National unveils new partnerships and digital enhancements.
A significant new deal with Prime Video promises an unprecedented, stats-driven broadcast of the iconic Amen Corner.
The tournament, scheduled for 9-12 April, will see Prime Video stream two hours of live coverage (1pm to 3pm ET) on Thursday and Friday, leading into ESPN’s broadcast of the opening two rounds.
ESPN, which began televising the weekend rounds in 2008, will also introduce "Welcome to the Masters”, a two-hour pre-game show (10am to noon ET) before play begins on Thursday and Friday.
The collaboration with Prime Video has already yielded a documentary, "Rory McIlroy: The Masters Wait," which premieres on 30 March.
Additionally, Prime will exclusively host "Inside Amen Corner”, offering a dedicated feed from 10:45am to 6pm ET on Thursday and Friday, and 11:45am to 6pm ET over the weekend.
This feature will provide an in-depth, stats-enhanced look at navigating three of Augusta National's most celebrated holes: the par-4 11th, the par-3 12th over Rae's Creek, and the par-5 13th. Further details on "Inside Amen Corner" are expected next week.
Meanwhile, CBS, which has broadcast The Masters for seven decades, will cover the weekend rounds, with two hours of lead-in programming available on Paramount+.
NBC also plans to air a mini-documentary on Sunday, 5 April, titled "Photographer No. 24”, focusing on baseball Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr's stint as an official photographer at last year's event.
The Masters' digital platforms will continue to offer live coverage of featured groups, holes 4 through 6, Amen Corner, holes 15 and 16, and On The Range.
"Range Tracker" returns for its second year, providing live and recorded data of every shot from the practice range.
Another addition for 2026 is the "Masters Vault Search", allowing fans to access specific tournament clips from over 50 years of Sunday broadcasts.
