MasterChef's Faye Winter said she 'struggled not to be rude' to judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace when she filmed the show recently.
The Love Island alumna, 27, is set to appear on the new series of the BBC programme and has spilled the beans about her time in the kitchen.
Known for her fiery personality on the ITV2 dating show, the former lettings agent explained that when she's stressed she "goes really quiet" and wanted to concentrate on cooking.
However, Gregg and John like to have a natter.
Recalling her experience with the "legends", Faye revealed: "I'm like...'Go away, no-one talk to me, I'm in my zone!'
"But the judges come over and chat with you, so I'm not trying to be rude because they're legends, but at the same time I just wanted to tell then to go away so I didn't give them food poisoning!," she told New magazine.
Faye is still happily coupled up with her Love Island beau Teddy Soares, but unfortunately she wasn't able to persuade him to be her 'professional food taster'.
"He's on a constant diet!," she exclaimed.
Explaining that Teddy would advise her not to put too much salt and cream in things, Faye also joked she suspected he thought she might 'kill him' with her cooking.
The Devon-born personality appears on the show with stars including Danny from McFly and the legendary Paul Chuckle from the Chuckle Brothers.
Trying to compare her experience on Love Island and MasterChef, Faye admitted she could "run her mouth" on the ITV2 show, but had to be more respectful on the Beeb because she was "around actual celebs".
The self-confessed "potty mouth" has been living her best life since leaving Love Island, but loved working as a lettings agent before she joined the show.
She said at the time she wanted to return to work when she left the villa and now reckons there is a gap in the TV market for someone like her.
Musing about what she wanted to do next, the star said she'd love to front a property show for young people, admitting if she could make that happen she'd be 'really proud'.
Faye has done well for herself since leaving Love Island, but recently knocked the contestants who have agents, management and cash deals in place before even entering the show.
“They already know what they’re going in there for,” she told FUBAR Radio. “Some people have already gone in there with management.”
She claimed to hosts Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng that some contestants are known to have been “already setting up deals” before even getting a whiff of the villa.
