A mass brawl outside a Leeds city centre Greggs store has left a man in hospital.
At 4.15am on Tuesday morning, West Yorkshire Police were called to Woodhouse Lane following reports of a fight. Witnesses spotted a police cordon outside of Merrion Centre on Tuesday morning around 10am.
A restaurant worker in the area reported at 10.45am the cordon was no longer there but they "didn't see anything". While owner of Chilli Shop in the Merrion Centre said: "There is currently a police cordon near the shop, we have no idea what occurred.

"There is access to the shop, cut through the @merrioncentre to reach us." Five males have now been arrested on suspicion of assault.
The victim was taken to hospital with injuries. In a statement, the police confirmed: "Police have arrested 5 males on suspicion of assault after reports of a fight on Woodhouse Lane at 4.15am this morning.
"The victim was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries. All five males remain in police custody. Enquiries are ongoing by Leeds CID."
