Masked Singer's Fawn 'outed' by fans as Natalie Appleton's Instagram flooded with comments

Natalie Appleton has had her Instagram bombarded with comments about her being Fawn on The Masked Singer, while she maintains her silence.

While the celebrity panel have yet to mention her name, given her voice and the numerous clues that have pointed firmly in her direction, many viewers of the ITV show have now been convinced for weeks that Fawn is All Saints star Natalie.

Clues include ‘black coffee’ - the title of one of All Saints’ number one hits; the mention of sandy - which looks likely to be a nod another one of their biggest songs - Pure Shores and Down Under, a not to subtle indication of Natalie being a much talked about contestant on I’m A Celebrity.

Fawn was back on The Masked Singer on Saturday evening and in the days and hours leading up to her latest performance, Fawn candidate Natalie saw an Instagram post from last month flooded with comments about her being the celeb in disguise.

Unlike Claire Richards, who fans are sure is Knitting and goes on Twitter every week to air her Masked Singer guesses, Natalie has shied away from addressing the show in any form.

She posted a completely unrelated photo of the view of being on a walk, describing it as ‘medicine for the soul,’ but rather then commenting on the location, a lot of her followers were quick to out her as Fawn. One replied: "I saw a little beautiful fawn there the other day. Im not kidding," with another writing: "Did you see any Fawns on your walk today."

A third fans added their thoughts by posting a fawn emoji and there were similar comments over a montage of photos Natalie posted earlier on in January of her and All Saints bandmate and sister Nicole.

One follower told her: "Your voice is so beautiful and distinctive it’s difficult not to recognise it." And, being more direct, a second wrote: "Love Fawn on masked singer."
