Aled Jones has said that his BAFTA-nominated daughter Emilia Jones is “too busy” for him after her role in the critically acclaimed film Coda.

The Welshman under the Masked Singer’s Traffic Cone appeared on ITV ’s Good Morning Britain on Friday ahead of his new tour and the conversation turned to his 19-year-old daughter.

The actress plays Ruby Rossi in the film, the only hearing member of a deaf family in the US who discovers a passion for singing, and she is now up for a leading actress BAFTA alongside Lady Gaga, Joanna Scanlan and Tessa Thompson.
