A masked gang broke into a home and threatened the people inside.
Four unknown men gained entry into a property on Hale Road, Widnes between 7.30pm and 7.40pm on March 8. They demanded money, made threats to the occupants and took a quantity of money.
It is believed that the men were in possession of a knife and a hammer. They were all wearing face coverings.

Cheshire Police are now appealing to anyone who may have information about the incident or footage to get in touch.
Detective Sergeant Lee Connor said: “We are in the early stages of investigating the circumstances of this incident which has left the occupants extremely shaken by the ordeal.
"We are doing all we can to locate those responsible and as such have been conducting several enquiries in the local area.
"As part of our enquiries, we are appealing to anyone in the Hale Road and Royal Avenue areas who may have witnessed something which may be linked to contact police.
"I would ask anyone in these areas to check any CCTV and doorbell footage and contact us.
"Also, I would urge anyone who was driving in the area around the time of the incident, to check any dashcam footage they have and to please get in touch as it may be vital to our investigation.”
