Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt PvE mode: Release date, playable heroes, bosses, and how to play

Blood Hunt is Marvel Rivals’ next PvE-focused event, and it arrives in April as part of Season 7.5.

This mode sends players into a New York crisis led by Dracula, where you can team up with up to four players to fight and clear undead enemies. Blood Hunt also adds PvE progression, loot, and hero traits.

With that said, here’s everything you need to know about the new Blood Hunt PvE mode in Marvel Rivals.

Blood Hunt launches on April 23, 2026 UTC (expected at 7pm CT / 5pm PT on April 22) as a part of the Season 7.5 update. It will be available on all platforms, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.

Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt – All playable Heroes and bosses

Blood Hunt is a separate PvE mode in Marvel Rivals, sitting alongside the regular competitive game, and is built around co-op play and boss fights. The story follows Spider-Man’s jailbreak fallout, which frees Dracula and kicks off a vampire crisis in New York.

According to the trailer, playable Heroes include Moon Knight, Blade, Squirrel Girl, The Punisher, Jeff, and Thor. Blood Hunt features four boss fights, and the new mode is tied to Dracula’s return, with the trailer pointing to Dracula, Capwolf, Ratatoskr, and Kingpin boss encounters.

How to play Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt

Since Blood Hunt is built for up to four players, the best way to approach it is as proper co-op missions instead of going solo. You will need to deal a ton of damage as undead enemies will appear in hordes, and tackling all of them alone will be a hassle.

Coming to Hero picks, choose those that cover damage, survivability, and support so your team can handle waves of enemies and boss phases without falling apart. Start by learning one hero well instead of constantly swapping, because PvE modes usually reward consistency more than flashy picks.

Bring a balanced team if possible, with at least one hero focused on sustain or utility and one built for burst damage. Save mobility skills for dangerous enemy patterns and boss mechanics.

As the mode includes hero traits and loot, it should reward players who keep replaying missions, improving builds, and matching hero choices to the fight ahead. If the mode lands well, NetEase could make it a major part of Marvel Rivals’ long-term seasonal rotation.
