Director James Gunn has popped the question to longtime partner Jennifer Holland - and the actress has said yes.
The Marvel and DC filmmaker, 55, has been dating the Peacemaker star, 34, since 2015 and the pair are now readying to spend the rest of their lives together.
Taking to Instagram, the Guardians of the Galaxy director simply shared a winking emoji and a red heard emoji alongside a snap of the blonde beauty and her huge rock, but several of the pair's celeb's pals sent messages of congratulations.
Among those gushing in the comments section was Guardians of the Galaxy star Karen Gillan.
The actress who plays Nebula in the hit movie said: "OMG!!!!!!!" along with several heart eye emoji and red heart emojis," while fellow Guardians actress Molly Quinn wrote: "MY HEART EXPLODES FROM JOY."
Author Elan Gale commented: " Wooooooooo!!!!!," as well as an array of emojis with love heart eyes.
Crazy Rich Asians star Nico Santos also wrote: " CONGRATS," while How To Get Away with Murder's Viola Davis penned: "Aaaaaaaahhh!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!"
Earlier in the day Jennifer had posted a happy snap of the pair to her own account from what appeared to be a walk in the countryside.
However, she kept her ring finger hidden as she captioned the pic: "Happiness," alongside a rainbow emoji and love heart emoji.
James simply commented on the post with a love heart emoji of his own.
It's reported that James and Jennifer met through mutual friend Michael Rosenbaum. At the time the Smallville actor was dating one of Jennifer's friends.
Since beginning dating, James has used his partner for the role of Emilia Harcourt in The Suicide Squad, a character she reprised in the new Peacemaker series for HBO Max.
It'll be James' second marriage, having previously been wed to The Office's Jenna Fisher. The pair were married between October 2000 and September 2007 before going their separate ways.
James recently teased fans of The Suicide Squad that he is in the middle of developing a second spin-off TV series following the success of Peacemaker.
He said: "We're working on something else now, another TV show that's connected to that universe," but couldn't reveal any further information.
