The chef Dom Taylor is to open a new restaurant in Ladbroke Grove in May, reimagining a traditional Caribbean takeaway and the food he enjoyed growing up.
Marvee’s Food Shop, named after his mum Marveline, will “draw on the sounds, smells and stories” of Taylor’s childhood and heritage, a nod to the characterful and often chaotic Caribbean food shops across London.
