Martine McCutcheon has been supported by some celebrity friends as she shared going through a "tricky time" of late.
The former EastEnders ' star is often open about her well-being, and has now said she is "focusing [her] energy on the simple pleasures" in life. She said she's had a "tricky time lately" but is feeling better after some meditation and walking in nature.
The 46-year-old reached out to her many Instagram followers, in a bid to try to help them feel better.

She said: "If you are struggling for whatever reason (and let’s face it, despite what the grid will have you think, we all do) Think about what you CAN do and what you can enjoy - rather than what you can’t.
"Don’t compare your life with anyone else’s as we are all running our own race, fuel yourself with gratitude for the basics in life and whatever makes you smile…
"And be patient and compassionate with yourself when things are far from perfect…
"These times often end up being a fundamental part of learning who we are and who we aren’t and what really matters. I know we sometimes wish the lessons could go off on a vacation for a while but we always end up better for them in the end! I think so anyway…"
Many of the star's famous friends rushed to support her in the comments section. Coronation Street's Samia Longchambon said: " Sending love darling..", while Zoe Ball said: "sending you lots of love darling", and Gaby Roslin said: "Sending you masses of love my sweet".
