Martine McCutcheon shows off weight loss and issues diet advice that 'works for her'

Martine McCutcheon fans rushed to compliment her after she posted a series of photos on Instagram.

The former EastEnders' star is often open about her well-being, and has previously spoken about her battle with fibromyalgia, a condition that causes widespread pain and fatigue. She finds that cold showers can help with her pain.

She told OK! : "'It's not every day, but I have one when I can. I'll have a cold shower at the end [of a hot shower] and stay in there as long as I can. It really kind of makes me feel like I've been WD-40'd.”
