Martine McCutcheon shows off tiny waist after admitting she feels perimenopausal

Martine McCutcheon has showed off her incredible physique days after admitting that she thinks she's currently perimenopausal.

In her Surrey home on Wednesday, Martine, 45, posed up a storm while donning a black jumper tucked into a white spotty skirt.

Looking incredibly chic, the outfit accentuated the Love Actually star's svelte figure as she posed for the camera while arranging some eucalyptus in a vase.

Looking fresh-faced and smiley, and a far cry from her worried self the other week she penned: " Evening All! I hope you are all well. I love that feeling of ticking off a 'To Do' list!

"I had a day of sorting bits and bobs that I’ve wanted to get done for SO long but till Sunday I hadn’t had a proper day off unless I was ill!

"Anyway! it was very satisfying indeed! I adored the weather today too.

"I’m going to get an early night as I’ve got lots on tomorrow!"

Fans of the star were quick to comment on the chic display, with one writing: " You look amazing Martine."

Another added: "You are so pretty," while a third echoed: "Yet another nice and lovely pic of you as always Martine."

Appearing much more upbeat than last week, Martine's positive post comes after she recently opened up about being perimenopausal.

Taking to social media just days ago she admitted that she she felt "loopy, tired and achey" and thought that she might be perimenopausal.

She posted the open and honest post on Instagram to tell her fans about the symptoms she's been experiencing in recent weeks.

Sharing a selfie where she could be seen looking worried, Martine wrote: "Todays vibe 'Oh sh*t, b*gger, b*llocks and every other naughty word on the planet!'

"I've had the worst stomach bug and I just can’t get my shizz together the last week or so," she revealed opening up about her health.

Adding more detail about her struggles she said: "On top of the Lyme [lyme disease] and Fibro [fibromyalgia] etc I definitely think I'm perimenopausal too…

"Oh Joy! I'm having symptoms for two weeks of the month and it's getting worse!"

Back in 2011 when Martine was 34, she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome.

Chronic fatigue syndrome, which is known widely as CFS, is a condition that causes long-term fatigue and difficulty with memory, focus and concentration.

She was then later diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2017, which is a condition that can causes rashes, fever, headaches and tiredness.

As well as all of the above she also suffers from fibromyalgia, which a medical condition that can cause chronic pain and cramps.

This is thought to be the first time she's spoken about being perimenopausal, which the NHS explains as the time when women experience symptoms a few months or years before their periods stop.
