Martin Roberts has thanked fans for their support after the death of his father last week.
The Homes Under The Hammer star took to Instagram to tell his followers, whom he considers his "friends", that his dad died at the age of 90 on Wednesday.
At the time Martin, 59, said: "I'm not sure if I should be posting this or not, I guess people deal with things in different ways. This is a very private thing but I need to surround myself around as many people as I can who care right now and I consider you my friends."

He explained his dad had had a happy life and had died peacefully, before asking followers if they had any messages of comfort they could offer him.
On Monday, Martin returned to the social media platform to say he has been "humbled" by the response he has received. He said he would take the time to read each message individually.
The TV presenter added: "I don't know if you're into this kind of stuff but they sometimes say that white feathers are a message from the angels, and I'm just out walking the dogs and... there's a feather there.
"And there's another feather there", before pointing out several other white feathers, and explaining he has "never seen this many white feathers in one place". He said it was "really special", along with the kind words from fans.
