Martin O'Neill is unsure of Celtic's strongest starting XI.
The manager admitted that the Hoops' recent signings are still settling in, making it too early to determine the club's best team. Several players have only just begun to integrate into the squad.
Ahead of Wednesday night's Premiership trip to St Johnstone, O'Neill explained that while training performances are informative, regular match testing is vital for understanding players' abilities. He said: "I don't think I've ever had an idea of what my best side has been.
"The answer is no at the moment because the very obvious thing is that we've got some boys coming into the football club."

The manager added that he has a solid understanding of the qualities new recruits bring, but competitive matches remain the ultimate test. He said: "I hazard a guess, or hopefully more than a guess, of what these players can do, what you've seen them do.
"But until they're actually in this building, they're actually training with this side, and then in the games, the matchdays, which is the one that decides everything, then you'll not know."
O'Neill believes the club's strongest line-up could change after the upcoming international break as the squad continues to evolve.
He added: "So the side that I put out tonight or the side that went out on Saturday evening, maybe after the international break, might not be the side that you feel might be our best team."
