Martin Lewis website issues urgent travel warning to millions of Brits who have EHIC cards

The team at MoneySavingExpert have issued a warning to anyone who has a European Health Insurance Card.

In the latest newsletter, MSE warned its readers that the EHIC is set to be replaced by a new Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC).

They say that if you have an EHIC you can continue to use it abroad until the expiry date, but with travel off the cards for many of us over the last two years, the financial gurus are urging travellers to check if their card is still valid.
