Martin Lewis has advised people with a particular type of savings account to close it as soon as possible.
The Money Saving Expert has previously been in favour of them and even actively encouraged people to open up an ISA savings account. But now, he's changed his mind and has even gone as far as saying there's virtually no point in people having one.
A cash ISA is a savings account which allows you to put money away without paying any tax on interest earned. Those with them can save up to £20k per person per tax year, reports Manchester Evening News.
