Consumer champion Martin Lewis is to interview Rishi Sunak live this evening after the chancellor today makes an announcement on more help pin the cost of living crisis. The MoneySavingExpert founder will be talking to the Chancellor of the Exchequer in an interview to be live-streamed online.
Martin will be putting his own questions to the Chancellor as well as asking him to field questions from MSE users, and his social media followers.
Tje interview will be live-streamed on MoneySavingExpert.com from 5.15pm this evening. It will also be available live via @MartinSLewis and @MoneySavingExp on Twitter; Martin Lewis and MoneySavingExpert on Facebook and MoneySavingExpert on YouTube.
The interview will come after Mr Sunak is today expected to announce more money to help people across the UK pay their gas and electricity bills.
Mr Sunak is expected to announce that the £200 previously set to be given to everyone in October for energy bills will be doubled to £400 and will not have to be repaid.
