Martin Lewis has shared nine things he wants people to know ahead of a "catastrophic" winter.
Mr Lewis previously said he had received the latest price cap predictions as he "felt sick writing this." By October, energy bills on average will be over £3,000, compared to two years ago when the cheapest energy bill was around £800, which will then rise further by January.
He wrote on his own social media account: "Please share - people need to know what's coming to see if they can prepare for it."
