Martin Lewis sends grim message to households looking for cheap energy deal

Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis has slammed the latest news on the energy crisis stating that it is 'catastrophic and disastrous.'

Regulator Ofgem announced this morning that it would be hiking the price cap on bills to £1,971 or 54%.

This means that for some, yearly energy bills will increase by as much as just over £700.
