Financial expert Martin Lewis has outlined help that could be available to people who miss out on a £150 council tax rebate.
The Government announced the scheme to help people struggling to make ends meet as energy bills rocket by hundreds of pounds a year following a new price cap announcement.
It will see households in England which fall into council tax bands A,B,C or D - approximately 80 per cent of homes - getting £150 back from April.
