The team behind MoneySavingExpert have issued an urgent warning regarding the £150 council tax rebate.
In a bid to help with the rising cost of living, the Government have given out £150 to those in certain tax bands to put towards their yearly council tax bill.
Those in Scotland who pay by Direct Debit will have the money taken off their council tax bill automatically.
