Financial guru Martin Lewis has been issuing guidance and advice as the UK faces a cost of living crisis while energy prices hike.
In a recent update, Martin shared that the price of wholesale gas is at its lowest level since October 2021, but warned that it is still nearly three times the old, typical rate.
It comes as experts warn that prices could rise significantly again in October, on top of the 54 per cent rise we saw in April.
