Martin Lewis explains what to do if you receive threatening debt letters

Martin Lewis explained the best way to deal with threatening debt collection letters.

Martin Lewis joined This Morning to help viewers with their financial troubles amidst the cost of living crisis. One caller was a 91-year-old woman who was becoming increasingly concerned about debt collection letters appearing at her address.

She informed Martin that despite the letters being registered to her address they were not in her name but another family member who lives with her. Concerned she would face the consequences as she was the primary tenant at the address, she asked Martin whether or not she should pay them off.
