Martin Lewis left his co-host Susanna Reid stunned when he paused the latest episode of Good Morning Britain to show off his hidden 'trick'. The Money Saving Expert founder was back fronting the ITV news programme on Wednesday (June 28) with Susanna.
While helping to host the show, Martin was also on hand to answer viewers' questions with today's centred around the money changes set to affect new university students from this September.
But away from the seriousness of his advice, Martin shared his disappointment after failing to be asked a question by co-star Richard Arnold during his sting on the pink carpet at the TRIC awards. The star-studded ceremony took place on Tuesday (June 27) and entertainment editor Richard was chatting to the stars attending for GMB.

Those attending the annual glitzy bash were asked by Richard if they had "one trick that had helped them get to where they are now". After watching the package play out on GMB, Martin took an opportunity to call out Richard as he said: "I was there [at the TRIC Awards] on a different table.
"I did an interview with GMB and nobody asked me what my one trick was." Susanna then asked him: "What’s your one trick?" to which Martin said that he could raise his eyebrows independently of one another. "Slightly unsettling," Richard told him.
But the money guru then confessed: "I can play tunes on my ears too, but I’ll do it after the show," which left Susanna looking slightly bewildered as she replied: "Sorry, you can play tunes on your ears?"
"How do you play a tune on your ear?" she then asked. Martin replied: "I’ll show you after the show," as he tried to get out of showing those watching at home as well. But Susanna complained: "That’s not what television is, television is where you show it on the show..."
Relenting, Martin said: "Alright I’ll try and do happy birthday. I’m not warmed up and this may go wrong." before he proceed to 'play' a tune with his ear. "Wow, I mean that is why we win awards," Susanna mocked as Martin added: "Don’t do it at home." Susanna then ended with a dig as she quipped back: "Or perhaps don’t do it all."
