Martin Compston has treated fans to a story about a funny but intimidating meeting he had with Sir Sean Connery in the capital.
The Line of Duty star attended a dinner at Edinburgh Castle alongside the late Mr Connery who made the night slightly, and hilariously, award for one poor chef, reports Glasgow Live.
The Scottish actor detailed the evening in the capital in the latest episode of the Restless Natives podcast, hosted by himself and Gordon Smart. Compston reflected on the night, telling listeners that the James Bond actor had special "presence about him" before sharing a memory he clearly holds fondly.
