Clarkston-based accountancy firm Clark Andrews has been taken over by the Martin Aitken Group.
All staff will remain based in Clarkston and will continue to operate under the Clark Andrews name.
Founded in 2005 by Robert Andrews and Karen Clark, the firm provides a range of accountancy, book keeping, tax and business advice to sole traders, limited companies, partnerships and charities.
Clark Andrews' clients will now also have access to corporate finance and independent financial services advice provided by the Martin Aitken Group.
Ewen Dyer, managing director at Martin Aitken & Co, said: “We’ve known Clark Andrews as a firm for some time and their work ethic and values are very much aligned with our own.
“We feel clients will benefit from the broader range of business, personal and financial services we are recognised for providing to owner-managed businesses, SMEs and high net-worth individuals.“
Glasgow-based Martin Aitken has more than 100 staff, including 11 directors.
