Marta Kostyuk advances to Wimbledon third round as Spain's Badosa retires

NEW DELHI: Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk advanced to the third round for the first time in Wimbledon after her Spanish opponent Paula Badosa retired with an injury in London on Friday.

The 21-year-old Kostyuk was leading 6-2, 1-0 when Badosa withdrew from the match due to a back problem.
