The 'truth' between Married at First Sight UK 's April Banbury and George Roberts is set to come out, fellow castmate Thomas Hartley has teased, with Channel 4 reality show set to become more explosive.
Scouser Thomas's clash with April has been well documented over rumours he had gossiped about their cast mate Chanita Stephenson during the show. Rows between the pair have seen a number of explosive clashes at dinner parties and commitment ceremonies, the Mirror reports.
Most recently, April was seen breaking down in tears after another row with Thomas where he branded her the "fakest person here". During the fiery exchange on the group's retreat, Thomas labelled April a 'b**ch' and a 'liar' before saying she was: "The fakest person here."
Thomas fumed: "It really f**ks me off that I have been made out to be a f**king liar because I am not a liar. My name has been dragged through the mud because of your lies."
He later made it clear Thomas felt April and 40-year-old George's romance was fake. April later discussed the mental health care assistant's comments during the commitment ceremony.
April said: "A lot of people were calling me fake and our relationship fake. It really hurt."
George continued: "Let's put it straight, one particular person has decided to make known and voice his opinion between the group and I've had enough of it."
When quizzed by expert Paul Brunson who had made the comment George pointed at Thomas. Adrian came in to defend his husband Thomas and hinted an unseen drama as he said: "You know what I've actually had something to say for weeks," before being interrupted by George who asked him to "leave it".
Now, fans have picked up on Adrian's hint as one asked Thomas during an Instagram Q&A: "Please please tell us what Adrian wanted to say to George and April !!!"
Thomas replied with: "I think, truth be told, I'm not going to speak on anyone else's behalf. He needs to speak for himself.
"But as you can see they were trying to shut him down but there's a lot of skeletons and he's clearly being shut down, he can't say anything about it. He doesn't want to out somebody else."
Hinting the secrets will be exposed, he added: "But give it time. As she always says, the truth always comes out."
It comes a week after April hinted she has recently split from George after the show wrapped. Speaking about her experience on the show in an Instagram story, she hinted she and George are no longer together.
April said: "The traumas that have been brought on from this show have made me re evaluate things.
"I really have and I'm not ashamed to admit this, I have been seeing a therapist ever since.
"They have helped me overcome a lot from the show and I am grateful for that."
The former Miss GB then teased: "Stay tuned for what's to come next who knows!"
