Married At First Sight's Carolina Santos has been rushed to hospital.
The 34-year-old didn't explain what was wrong with her, but did share a photo from her ward with several monitors attached to her stomach.
Implying the issue was ongoing, she wrote in the caption: "And I'm back here again."
Carolina also shared a video in the post in which she looked pale as she panned the camera around to her face.
Her hospital dash comes after she revealed she'd like to go back on MAFS so she can switch up her strategy.
She stunned viewers last year when she was unfaithful to her husband Dion Giannarelli with fellow groom Daniel Holmes.
"I would go back tomorrow if they wanted me. Knowing what I know now, I would pretend I'm head over heels for my match, no matter who they gave me," she told Yahoo Lifestyle.
Carolina admitted she went on MAFS for 'exposure' and said she's in no doubt she wasn't the only one.
"They either want to be influencers or they have some sort of business they can leverage from it," she claimed.
Suggesting the contestants had more chance of finding love meeting someone in a bar, she insisted they're not on the show 'for love'.
Affairs on MAFS are often dismissed on the show as fake, but when Carolina and Daniel were photographed holding hands in February last year, without their wedding rings, fans knew something was up.
A source told Daily Mail Australia at the time: "They were all over each other and couldn't keep their hands off one another."
However, in August Daniel confirmed they had split, saying: "I think it's been obvious for a while we have gone our separate ways. 'There's no right way to deal with these situations. "
He then said: "I wish Carolina all the best and I know she feels the same for me.
"We had a very unique experience together full of every emotion possible, but life just has a different plan for us.'
