Matt Murray from this year's Married at First Sight is rumoured to have gone on holiday with a bride from a previous series, after leaving his TV betrothed, Gemma Rose for Whitney Hughes, who also appeared in the latest, seventh series of the UK show.
The tattooed groom is said to have jetted off to Turkey with MAFS UK 2021 star Marilyse Corrigan. He did not appear on the recent, final reunion episode and his castmates, Gemma and Thomas Hartley have hit out at the show's welfare team in the hours after the reunion aired, read more on that, here. Matt ruffled feathers amongst brides and grooms as well as viewers, when he and another bride, Whitney, got together despite being paired up with others.
Since the series came to an end, Matt is reported to have jetted off to Turkey with 2021 MAFS UK star Marilyse, 38, sparking speculation the pair were romantically involved, reports MirrorOnline. A representative for the Married At First Sight stars has insisted to the Mirror that the pair are just friends – with Marilyse supporting Matt following his time on the show.
