Married At First Sight UK star Matt Murray looked like a completely different person as he shared a throwback snap.
The reality star, 32, made his debut on the eccentric dating show with bride Gemma Rose, 30.
Fans would have immediately noticed Matt being covered in endless tattoos from head to toe.
However, he looked unrecognisable when he took to social media to share a throwback snap of himself taken before he was hench and covered in ink.
Matt shared a side-by-side image in July and added a motivational caption to go with it.
"*The years pass, regardless of action or inaction* DO something. Or don't... I can't tell you what to do," he wrote.
"I can tell you that you'll be happier if you do! Do the f**king work on yourself first before you do the work for other people."
In the before image, Matt donned a camouflage t-shirt with a simple blazer and jeans. He also rocked a lip piercing as he smiled for the camera.
His short hair was swooped to the side and he didn't have the same level of muscles as he does now.
There was not a tattoo in sight.
People were amazed at the transformation and took to the comment section to compliment him.
"What a difference. Well done you," one user said while another added: "Beautiful you have changed so much from when I first did one of your classes in leeds trampoline! The lad did good."
Another wrote: "That’s crazy!"
Meanwhile, Matt and Gemma seemed to be the perfect match when they met on Married At First Sight but things quickly went south on the honeymoon.

On Monday, Viewers saw the couple arrive in Lisbon before finding themselves in a heated exchange that saw Matt storm out of a restaurant.
The newlyweds fell out after Gemma made a sexual remark while the pair were enjoying drinks.
She spent the wedding reception doing the same, and Matt reached his breaking point.
Explaining how it made him feel, Matt told her: "You are sexually pushing me away. It makes me go in on myself. I don't know what it is but for me it shuts me off."
Thankfully, after some time apart, he agreed to move forward from the situation.
