There was a fresh take to the series with Nine revealing that they would have "the most diverse cast of brides and grooms, a more age-diverse mix including our oldest ever participant, and a same-sex couple."
Married at First Sight Australia season 11 promised to "push the limits on everything viewers think they know about the series" with even more twists and turns, while betrayals and heartbreak rocked the experiment from start to finish.
One thing's for sure, this year's experiment tested the singletons "in ways they have never imagined."
