Queens Park Rangers boss Mark Warburton declared himself largely pleased with his side's performance despite ultimately losing 3-1 to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
Andre Gray scored for the visitors before the break before Forest showed a response in the second half through Djed Spence's world-class strike. Ryan Yates and Brennan Johnson then completed the comeback as Steve Cooper's men claimed their second consecutive league win.
"I was very pleased with the first half," former Forest boss Warburton told QPR club media. "I think we started the game exceptionally well, the shape was good, we stepped in and caused problems down the sides which we had worked on in training.

"They had a spell where we had to weather the storm, which you are always going to get. I thought we did that very well.
"Luke (Amos) went so close to scoring an early goal for us. It was a great bit of football and if you go in 2-0 up it’s a different game completely. We missed a big chance there.
"It is good to get the boys in the right positions to score the goals but you have to take those chances. That’s not a criticism of Luke, it is great to see him in there, getting in those positions for us.
"And then Andre took his goal exceptionally well, with a good ball down the side from Ilias (Chair)."

But the 59-year-old manager admitted Forest's dominance in the second-half was difficult for his side to match.
"In the second half they score a worldy, into the top corner," he added. "I am not sure any keeper saves that. I felt we were a little bit timid after that. If you can get to the hour mark and keep this crowd quiet – and they are a good, passionate crowd enjoying a good run of form – then you are in a good place, but that goal goes in and it fires them up.
"I was pleased with the performances from Luke and Andre Dozzell. We then brought on Stefan Johansen and Jeff Hendrick to control the ball and calm the game down a bit. And then we concede a corner from a set piece. You can’t give away a goal of that nature."
Forest are now just one point off the promotion play-offs, behind Middlesbrough in seventh and QPR in sixth.
