Mark Stott-led Vita Group to embark on €350m European investment

Mark Stott Vita Group Europe Barcelona

Property giant Vita Group, which is run by prominent businessman Mark Stott, is set to launch the first phase of its €350m European expansion with a new site in Barcelona.

The Alderley Edge-headquartered company will open its Vita Student Pedralbes in the Spanish city in September.

The development will be its first outside of the UK and will feature 274 beds.
