Mark Schlereth Goes Scorched Earth on Cowboys, Jerry Jones Over Trey Lance Trade

Mark Schlereth Jerry Jones Trey Lance Cowboys Steven Jones Mike McCarthy

FOX analyst Mark Schlereth discussed the Cowboys’ decision to trade for former 49ers first-round pick Trey Lance during a recent episode of his podcast, and the 57-year-old didn’t hold back when ripping into the organization.

Schlereth addressed Jones’ decision to bring Lance to Dallas without informing either head coach Mike McCarthy or starting quarterback Dak Prescott of what he was scheming, something that didn’t sit well with the NFL analyst.

“This is why the Cowboys will never win s—, because Jerry Jones can’t help himself,” Schlereth said on the latest episode of his podcast, “Stinkin Truth.”
