Former Liverpool defender Mark Lawrenson is predicting a comfortable Tottenham win over Nottingham Forest.
The home side has gone through a rocky patch of form after getting knocked out of both the FA Cup and the Champions League and falling to defeat at Wolves. Forest, on the other hand, played out an entertaining 2-2 home draw to Everton, but their away record remains one of the worst in the league.
While Steve Cooper's side will be eager to rectify their recent results on the road, Lawrenson "can't see" Forest causing Spurs enough problems to claim the victory. "Spurs were awful against AC Milan but they’ll beat Nottingham Forest," he wrote in his predictions column.

"You know they will because it’s the Tottenham way. I can’t see Forest causing them too many problems.
"But you look at Spurs and you think, ‘What the hell’s going on?’ On paper they’ve got a good side but Antonio Conte won’t be there next season and the players know that."
Lawrenson prediction: Tottenham 2-0 Nottingham Forest.
