Mark Hughes’ son died from ‘sudden adult death syndrome’ – inquest

The son of Manchester United and Wales footballer Mark Hughes died from “sudden adult death syndrome”, an inquest has found.

Alex Hughes, 38, was Grimsby Town’s player recruitment lead, having previously held roles at clubs including Manchester City, Fulham, Blackburn and 1860 Munich.
