Mark Drakeford will be in France for three days meeting energy and industrial companies investing in Wales.
According to the Welsh Government this will include a trip to Paris and the First Minister will also host a reception to mark the start of Wales in France, a year-long celebration of cultural, business and sporting events designed to strengthen existing links and forge new connections between the two countries.
In a statement a Welsh Government spokesman said that France is an important partner for Wales as they look to continue to strengthen their relationships with European nations, regions and organisations.
