Mark Drakeford has spoken about how St David's Day is an "opportunity for us to show who we are and what we stand for".
The First Minister will attend a reception to celebrate St David’s Day at the UK Residence in Brussels. During his visit the First Minister will also take part in meetings and events at the European Parliament, the UK Mission to the EU and Wales House.
The First Minister has not made many public statements in recent weeks after the unexpected death of his wife. He was however back in the Senedd chamber on Tuesday, February 28 during First Minister's Questions.
