Marcus Williams has struggled this season, and entering Week 8, he was the among the lowest graded safeties in the NFL, allowing 16.3 yard per catch, and a 143.9 passer rating allowed in coverage.
Williams’s struggles played a huge part in Baltimore having the worst pass defenses in the league, and with the team in Cleveland facing the struggling Browns, Zach Orr made a change.

Ar'Darius Washington and Eddie Jackson got the start at safety alongside Kyle Hamilton, with Williams benched and potentially a healthy scratch on Sunday.
