Marco Tilio has detailed to fans on his Instagram at just how happy he is to be playing at Celtic after a drawn out transfer saga.
The Australian, 21, grew up in the Sydney Olympic and Sydney FC academies, before making his first-team debut for the Sky Blues in the 2019-20 season. From there, he joined rivals Melbourne City on a free transfer in hunt for more game time, and with 14 goals in just 70 league games from the wing, became a mainstay in their side.
Four consecutive A-League Premiership titles - including three consecutive accolades with Melbourne and a previous one with Sydney - alongside an A-League Championship means that Tilio has already tasted a lot of success throughout his career, sweeping up all there is to win in the game Down Under. And he will look to do the same under Brendan Rodgers to keep the good times rolling at Parkhead.
