Leeds United fans will be excited to get their first glimpse of Marc Roca in a white shirt during pre-season. The midfielder became United’s third summer signing last week, leaving Bayern Munich to put pen to paper on a four-year deal at Elland Road.
Roca was highly thought of in Germany, but he did find opportunities hard to come by as he found himself rooted behind the likes of Leon Goretzka and Joshua Kimmich in the pecking order at the Allianz Arena. As such, he could be forgiven for seeing the appeal in a fresh start in West Yorkshire and it seems he is doing all he can to ensure he hits the ground running.
The 25-year-old has given an insight into his summer workout routine on social media today, with a couple of story posts suggesting he is keeping busy in preparation for his first day at Thorp Arch. Roca has posted a video on Instagram of him working his way through a gruelling exercise on a treadmill, while he has also been lifting weights at an Ibiza gym.
